And like any other traditional holiday, there are traditional foods to go with it.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"62\"><strong><span data-startindex=\"0\" data-endindex=\"20\" data-paragraphid=\"62\">B\u00e1nh ch\u01b0ng, b\u00e1nh gi\u1ea7y<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"63\">B\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"5\" data-endindex=\"11\" data-paragraphid=\"63\">ch\u01b0ng, <\/span>b\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"17\" data-endindex=\"21\" data-paragraphid=\"63\">gi\u1ea7y,<\/span> are unique enough for their names to be retained when added to the English dictionary. In any ceremony for any holiday, B\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"148\" data-endindex=\"152\" data-paragraphid=\"63\">ch\u01b0ng<\/span> and <span data-startindex=\"158\" data-endindex=\"166\" data-paragraphid=\"63\">b\u00e1nh gi\u1ea7y<\/span>\u00a0always go hand in hand with each other. They have a unique and delightful flavor that few conventional dishes can match. B\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"169\" data-endindex=\"173\" data-paragraphid=\"64\">ch\u01b0ng<\/span>\u00a0has a square shape, symbolizing the &#8220;earth&#8221;. B\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"225\" data-endindex=\"228\" data-paragraphid=\"64\">gi\u1ea7y<\/span> <span data-startindex=\"230\" data-endindex=\"232\" data-paragraphid=\"64\">is <\/span>round shape, symbolizing the &#8220;sky.&#8221; For <span data-startindex=\"273\" data-endindex=\"282\" data-paragraphid=\"64\">B\u00e1nh ch\u01b0ng<\/span> and b\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"293\" data-endindex=\"296\" data-paragraphid=\"64\">gi\u1ea7y<\/span> to be good, they must go through many meticulous and sophisticated processes.<\/p>\n<p data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"65\">Besides being traditional dishes of Vietnamese cuisine, B\u00e1nh <span data-startindex=\"61\" data-endindex=\"77\" data-paragraphid=\"65\">ch\u01b0ng and b\u00e1nh gi\u1ea7y are<\/span>\u00a0also associated with a historical story that has been handed down through generations.<\/p>\n<p data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"66\"><strong>Boiled chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-changed=\"false\" data-paragraphid=\"67\">Boiled chicken has long become an indispensable dish in the Vietnamese forefathers&#8217; offerings.
