As of November 9, 49% of beds in Italy are for patients with COVID-19, which is higher than the warning threshold set by the Ministry of Health of this country.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Like in the first outbreak, the Lombardy region was once again at the heart of the COVID-19 outbreak in Italy.
