To celebrate the 8th World Week of Italian cuisine, the Consolato Generale d’Italia a Ho Chi Minh City<\/span><\/a> has organized the event \u201cChefs and Celebs\u201d on November 19th – where Vietnamese celebrities meet five Italian protagonists of the Greatest Italian cuisine.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

This event is within the framework of the World Week of Italian cuisine promoted by the Italian Government – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by the Consulate General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was attended by the Consul General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City Mr. Enrico Padula and Mrs. Milena Padula, Mr. Michele D’Ercole<\/span> – President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Mr. Fabio De Cillis – Director of Italian Trade Agency Vietnam (ITA) and Madam Trang Le – Founder and President of Vietnam International Fashion Week.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In addition, the Chefs and Celebs event also brings together celebrities from Vietnam such as Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam – Ms. Tran Nguyen Thien Huong, Mr. D\u01b0\u01a1ng Qu\u1ed1c Nam (CEO of Hoang Nam Group), Mr. Huy Vo Atelier<\/span>, Food BLogger Ms. Chen Ru Lu, Ms. Huynh Tu Anh<\/span> (The Face Vietnam 2023 Champion) along with many great achievers in the field.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At the event, food lovers of the beautiful boot-shaped country had the opportunity to experience authentic Italian cuisine through the “cooking show” right on the stage. Especially the extremely interesting interaction between 5 famous Italian chefs and 4 special guests.<\/div>\n

In the formal space of the gala dinner, the guests were introduced to and enjoyed the best features of Italian food and respective beverages. Especially, the guests had the opportunity to share their stories and impressions about the food and their experiences, creating an Italian space in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.<\/div>\n

The World Week of Italian Cuisine is an initiative within the framework of the Extraordinary Italian Taste project initiated by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and run by the whole network of Italian diplomatic and Consular Missions, the Italian Trade Agency offices, the Italian Chambers of Commerce and the Italian Cultural Institutes around the world, to promote the culinary culture of Italy.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
