The 49th People’s Choice Awards event was held on February 18, 2024, in the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. Simu Liu hosted the show, which aired live on NBC and E! and streamed live on Peacock.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jung Kook made history at this year’s People’s Choice Awards by becoming the first Asian singer to win Male Singer of the Year. The golden youngest member of the global music group outperformed famous celebrities with comparable nominees, like The Weeknd, Drake, Bad Bunny, and others, to win the prestigious honor.<\/span><\/p>\n
