The images were shared on social media by a visitor to Xiangwushan Zoo in Xi’an, Hubei Province, and saw a dog (apparently) Rottweiler breed sleeping in a cage.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Beijing News<\/em>, Mr. Xu, who filmed the clip, said he asked the zoo staff why there was a dog inside the barn and was told “Yes, it’s a wolf”<\/em>!<\/p>\n

According to the employee, there was indeed a real wolf in the barn, but it had passed away a long time ago of loneliness in old age. And this crane is a zoo locked in here for decoration, also convenient to lie there … looking like the zoo!<\/p>\n

An unnamed staff member also revealed that the zoo was not doing well financially, there were not “enough visitors to keep the zoo running well”.<\/p>\n

The local Department of Forestry has requested the zoo to remove the sign, leading to disastrous misunderstanding.<\/p>\n
