Los Angeles County is grappling with a series of destructive wildfires that have claimed at least 10 lives and left entire neighborhoods in ashes.<\/span> Thousands of residents have been forced to flee their homes as flames continue to rage, leaving behind a trail of devastation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The largest of the blazes, the Palisades Fire, has consumed over 19,000 acres and destroyed thousands of structures, including homes and businesses.<\/span> Another major fire, the Eaton Fire, has burned through 13,000 acres in the northern part of the county.<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At least 10 people were killed in the Palisades and Eaton fires, according to officials on Thursday, while over 9,000 houses, shops, and other buildings seemed to have been damaged or destroyed.<\/p>\n

The Palisades fire burned about 5,300 of these structures, and the Eaton fire in the Altadena region was estimated to have damaged or destroyed an additional 4,000 to 5,000 structures.<\/p>\n

Evacuation orders remain in effect for numerous areas, and officials warn that the death toll could rise as search and rescue efforts continue.<\/span> The fires have also disrupted power supplies, leaving hundreds of thousands of residents without electricity.<\/span><\/p>\n
