Celebrating the freedom of moving wherever we want, to think and to reconnect with nature within the city, the three main characters were taken by photographer Angelo Pennetta at Hyde Park, London. In this peaceful setting, they wear classic Gucci items such as Princetown flip flops, oversized eyeglasses, and different styles of bags from the Beloved bag line.

Representing Gucci’s beloved brand accessories and wearers, the “Beloved” collection includes a GG Marmont soft leather quilted bag, featuring Double G detailing on inspired metal the 70s were seen on the belt during Alessandro Michele’s first show for Gucci; the Jackie 1961 bag, a new version of the famous hobo bag design that was first introduced in the 60s; The 1955 Horsebit, an innovative version of the archives featuring the riding-inspired details of a ring; and the Dionysus Bag, a design first showcased at the Fall Winter 2015 show featuring a tiger head, alluding to the Greek god Dionysus, who according to the myth is believed to have crossed the Tigris on a tiger Sent in by Zeus.
Winter in the park
Strange, colorful and the contrast with the cold gray sky of London is the inspiration behind the campaign based on the idea of finding a private space to reconnect with nature amidst the bustling metropolis. Naturally, the image is reminiscent of a walk in the city park – not on a sunny day, but a foggy winter day and scattered autumn leaves. In Gucci’s own words: “There seems to be something special ‘London’ about this vision, dominated by a cold gray sky and by tree-lined streets, black metal railings, wooden benches and street lights when the sunset calms down. “
