The police had to be present to resolve the rare incident on the bus. Specifically, a man was accused of refusing to wear a mask and instead placed a python wrapped around his neck.
The incident took place in Salford (England), on the bus route from Swinton to Manchester. One man shocked passengers by wrapping around his neck with a large python. It is worth mentioning that male passengers are acting like this in response to the masking regulations on public transport in the UK. The man said he did so purely for entertainment purposes.
Meanwhile, the rest of the passengers are not happy with this. One woman said that at first she thought the male passenger was wearing a mask with a pattern, but then the female passenger was shocked to find the animal crawling on her arm.
And according to the woman, the animal did not seem to mind the surrounding passengers, but no one dared to approach.
“He had it wrapped around his neck and face like he was wearing a mask on a bus. At first I thought it was a patterned mask until he let it crawl along his arm.” one woman on the bus shared.
Authorities later received news of the incident. They claim that snake pythons are not considered a substitute for masks. The photos taken show that the man also did not wear a mask when the python was wrapped around his neck. The police are investigating the incident.
