Lobster and butter go hand in hand, and this lobster roll recipe uses simple ingredients to create a flavorful sandwich.
3 Tbsp butter
8 oz cold cracked, raw, knuckle claw lobster meat, thawed and drained
Salt to taste
2 DLM Brioche Buns or Hot Dog Buns, split
1 Tbsp chives, minced
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp Pasley
3 galic cloves





Over low heat, melt the butter and add the well-drained lobster meat. Roll around in butter and season to taste with the salt. Cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes or until lobster is firm and opaque in the center.
Divide and tuck into the split rolls and garnish with chives.
