You Will Need the Following:

  • Thin high cotton thread or threading thread
  • A small pair of scissors
  • Eyebrow pencil
  • Eyebrow brush
  • Aloe vera gel
  • Loose powder
  • Face astringent
  • An ice pack or baby oral gel

Step-by-Step Procedure:

Step 1: Preparation of the Face

To begin, eyebrow threading is quite unpleasant and occasionally painful. There are three things you can do to alleviate or eliminate pain in some way. However, you must first cleanse your face like you would for any beauty regimen.

  • Apply an ice pack to the region between your eyebrows to numb it.
  • Additionally, you may apply infant oral gel, which is equally beneficial as the ice pack.
  • Create a barrier using loose powder.

Step 2: Prepare the Threads

Cut your thread after measuring it to around 15 to 20 inches. Make a loop from the thread by tying both ends of the thread together in a knot. Repeat this procedure at least three times more to reinforce the knot and loop. Additionally, you can cut the excess thread hanging out from the knot to create a neat loop.

Step 3: Inspect the Thread Loop

With both hands, hold the loop of thread and stretch it out to determine its strength. Hold the other side of the loop with two fingers of your hands so that you may pull on either side. Additionally, you may pass the thread between your fingers to practice tugging at the thread.

Step 4: Construct an X

Turn the thread over with one hand to create an X in the center. Twist it again once you’ve formed the X. How do you determine which hand should be turned over? This will be the threading hand, which is often your dominant hand.

Prior to beginning, practice moving the thread against your skin. Open and close one hand while gripping one side of the loop to allow the twist in the middle to move. This is the section that will really remove the hair strands.

Step 5: Arrange your brows

Bear in mind that eyebrows can regrow for up to two to three weeks, so you must exercise caution. Prepare your brows so that they may be removed flawlessly. With an eyebrow pencil, you may mark or draw the form you wish on your brows. Begin by sketching from the inner corners of your brows outward. Assemble both brows equally.

Step 6: Begin threading your brows

After you’ve practiced and gained confidence, you may begin threading your brows. Place the twisted portion of the loop over the section to be threaded. Locate the hair you wish to remove and place the loop’s twist against it. Additionally, you’ll want to go against the direction of hair development to avoid creating ingrown hairs.

Now, using the thread in your hands, carefully run the twisted thread across the hair strands you wish to remove. As you draw the thread against the hair strands, the twist’s corners will pick them up and remove them. Glide the thread gently through your skin, taking care not to irritate it.

Step 7. Use Scissors to Trim the Eyebrows

Repeat the procedure for the remainder of the regions in your brows that you wish to clean. For novices, take it slowly at first, but you’ll quickly get the hang of it. Once all undesirable eyebrow hair has been threaded out, trim the brows with tiny scissors to obtain a more defined shape. Additionally, you may use an eyebrow brush to sweep the hair to determine the direction of hair development. Step 8: Utilize an astringent

After threading your brows, use an astringent to clean the area and aloe vera gel to calm the region. Additionally, you may reapply ice packs or baby oral gel to alleviate any pain caused by the procedure. While baby oral gel may sound improbable, eyebrow threading enthusiasts swear by it.

Clearing and shaping your brows is simply the beginning of the process of getting beautiful brows. There are several hair removal treatments, but eyebrow threading is quickly gaining popularity. This guide will teach you how to apply eyeshadows like a pro!

That is how you thread your brows, my buddy. Isn’t it neat? However, caution should be exercised: before threading your brows, rehearse the threading technique. Otherwise, you risk making an irrevocable error that you will be unable to correct for at least two to three weeks as your hair regrows. As you may be aware, it can be rather uncomfortable, but the results are really satisfying, which may exceed the minor discomfort!
