Since its launch less than two years ago, Fashionista Café has consistently been recognized by the Michelin Guide in the Michelin Selected 2024 category, impressing foodies and culinary experts.
Fashionista Café was launched in December 2022 as a French cuisine restaurant – with Vietnamese flavors located at the House of Fashion, 22B Phung Khac Khoan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The restaurant serves all-day dining, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.
The restaurant’s elegant and cozy atmosphere is complemented by soothing background music and a light fragrance from essential oils
The current head chef – Ton That Vinh – has 24 years of experience working in Australia, Singapore, and Vietnam. The executive chef, Sakal Phoeung, President of the Escoffier Association Vietnam, is a renowned French chef who collaborated with businesswoman Le Thu to create the “French cuisine with Vietnamese flavor” concept for Fashionista Café from the beginning.
Fashionista Café serves coffee, fruit juice, beef noodle soup, and roast duck Pho for breakfast. There is a “business lunch” in which guests can choose between a 2-course and 3-course meal with surprisingly reasonable prices. From 2 p.m., they serve “Afternoon Tea” and in the evening, we serve “Fine Dining”. If customers want to host a lavish party at the restaurant or at home, Fashionista Café will create a special theme according to their preferences and requirements.
The recognition in the Michelin Selected category for 2024 reaffirms Fashionista Café’s unwavering commitment to quality service and cuisine, as well as its unique business model of combining food and fashion. This effort will continue to be acknowledged and supported by culinary enthusiasts in the future.
