Justin and Hailey Bieber Do Black Tie

After being photographed out in his and her Drew House sweatshirts, the Biebers changed into formal attire for an evening out at The House on Sunset to commemorate Justin’s recent Freedom Art Experience event. Justin and Hailey Bieber appeared as if they walked out of an editorial, with Justin wearing a black tuxedo from Saint Laurent and Hailey wearing a velvet and lace floor-length gown from Alessandra Rich’s fall/winter 2021 lookbook.

Rich’s autumn collection, which was created while she was under lockdown in Milan and missed her home in London, was all about freedom and imagination. Hailey’s outfit was whimsical with its long puffed sleeves, sweetheart neckline, and soft texture, but it was straight-up seductive with its daring skirt that exposed glimpses of leg through translucent lace. Lady Gaga donned a velvet maxi dress by Rich yesterday while standing atop the Empire State Building, and Vanessa Hudgens packed another of fall’s lacy outfits for her trip to the Filming Italy festival this weekend. Hailey was, as always, on-trend.

One may expect Justin’s attire to be rebellious after starring in a Balenciaga ad. However, the superstar’s suit, created by Anthony Vaccarello and featuring a satin lapel, was classic. Justin and Hailey Bieber‘s stylists, Karla Welch and Maeve Reilly have always done an excellent job of matching the couple’s clothes. Nonetheless, last night’s combination of tried-and-true menswear basics and an ultra-glamorous gown was a stylish match fit for a young Hollywood power couple.
