Place two index fingers next to the sides of the nose. Click on this point and pull them apart. Massage the spots in a clockwise circle, doing so for 2 – 3 minutes.
Place your fingers on your shoulders near your neck. Apply pressure by pressing down with your fingers. Massage this spot or gently press for 4-5 seconds.
Lie down on the hard floor. Bend your knees and place your feet on the ground. Place a tennis ball under your neck and hold it with your hands (embrace the ball with one hand). Let your own weight put pressure on and wiggle your body back and forth for a few minutes.
Holding the hand, use the fists of the four fingers to gently press under the chin. Start at the tip of your chin and work it along your jaw, all the way to your ears. Day light then hold for 8 – 10 seconds. Once the right is complete, move to the left.
Place your thumb on your cheekbones near your ear. Use your fingertips to gently press your temples. Make sure the pressure stays the same as you move in a circular motion and reach the roots. Repeat 8 – 10 times.
Place your index finger below the eyebrow and above the eye socket bone. Press on this point to relieve headache. This point can be pinched with two fingers and then lightly pressed. Do 8-10 reps.
Hands form fists and place the knuckles of the middle fingers on the forehead. Press and rub the forehead, starting from the middle to the end. Do the movement 30 times.
Hands form fists and rest on forehead. Place your thumb on your temples. Day two temples 30 times. Next, swipe back toward the roots of the hair 30 times.
