The opening day of PMU Universe Awards 2026 welcomed over 2,000 attendees representing more than 50 countries.
Kicking off on March 28 at The Adora Center in Ho Chi Minh City, the PMU Universe Awards 2026 has solidified its status as one of the year’s most anticipated international events for the permanent makeup (PMU) community. With a massive turnout of over 2,000 guests from 50+ nations, the event is being hailed as one of the largest PMU festivals ever hosted in Vietnam, fostering global networking opportunities for the rapidly evolving beauty industry.
The first day of the summit featured a powerhouse lineup of world-class experts who shared groundbreaking techniques and industry insights. Toni Belfatto opened the sessions with his “Psychological Dermopigmentation Technique,” exploring the vital intersection of psychology and aesthetic application, while Nguyen Truong introduced the “Nature Magic Technique,” focusing on the growing trend of organic beauty. European influence was also front and center as Katarzyna Teresiak showcased the “Soft Ombre Brows Technique,” followed by Shi You Xi, who presented the “Multi Needle Lip Expansion Technique” using the latest in modern lip enhancement technology.
The momentum continued as Albina Lazareva demonstrated the “Etalon Mix Technique” for advanced color theory, and Phuong Phan shared the hyper-realistic “Real Strokes Technique” for eyebrows. Innovation remained the central theme throughout the afternoon with representatives from Moon Company debuting the “AMZ Lip Technique,” Louise Walsh introducing “Fusion Plasma Technique,” and Belen Estevez performing the “BOR Brows Technique.” The stage also welcomed Yumi Kang for her “Sodatok Technique” and Quan Nguyen, who presented the soft, ethereal “Fairy Brows Technique.”
