Quynh Mai is known as a talented and compassionate artist, she often accompanies charity activities in the US and her home country of Vietnam. The year 2020 has passed but left the people of the Central of Vietnam unforgettable “memories”, the floods taking place continuously, causing thousands of houses to be submerged in the sea. Loving the people of this homeland who suffered many harsh circumstances, Quynh Mai called out to the sponsors, the generals to join hands to give love to the people in flood areas in the heavily damaged provinces such as Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, … It is known that during this time, she is participating in the action movie 578: Shot of a madman directed by Luong Dinh Dung. However, with a great heart and love for people in the floodplain, she urged her to come home, visit families in isolated areas, so she missed an appointment with the 578 film crew.
Quynh Mai did not mind the difficulties, supplied the necessities for people in the 2020 flood, making the audience recall the image of the female artist who had given aid to poor people in the Central of Vietnam affected by the floods in 2017. Although this trip met many difficulties, for her it was a very meaningful and happy trip because she knew that somewhere there was still someone who needed her help.
Also in 2020, Quynh Mai organizes the “Fair for 0 VND” for three consecutive days from 23 to 25 December in Sin Ho district, Lai Chau province for people to have a warm Tet Holiday.
Quynh Mai always makes the audience feel the warmth in each of her trips. Recently, the female singer has acted extremely beautiful when adopting two mothers orphans early, currently living with grandparents in Dac Co district, Gia Lai province and will support the cost of education for children up to the age of 18.
For Quynh Mai, volunteering is a part of her life. “My greatest happiness is to bring love to more people because it is‘ My home, my happiness’”, said Quynh Mai.
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, Quynh Mai’s visit to his homeland this time was longer than expected. On this occasion, Quynh Mai said that she would also carry out more projects to give more love to poor people.
In early May 2021, Quynh Mai will visit and inaugurate a 48-square-meter love house for Pham Van Thuy’s family in Cao Ngoc commune, Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa province with a total construction cost of up to 79 million dong. Also in May, she plans to start building 3 more houses for poor people in An Giang, Dac Co – Gia Lai and Quang Nam provinces. In addition, the singer also revealed that she will continue to build 5 houses of love for poor people in remote areas and 5 houses for artists in difficult circumstances to grateful for the artists’ great contributions to the domestic entertainment industry. And there will be loving homes built to support people to have a place to support, their children have a place to study.
