Celebrating the new service debuted on Thursday, Thai Vietjet brought all passengers aboard a memorable surprise by introducing a ‘Ying Lee’ concert in the sky with a full team of dancers and cabin crew members, along with nice corporate souvenirs.

The airline has also launched a mega promotion from just THB5 (US$16 cents) for one-way tickets, excluding taxes and fees, for bookings throughout the five golden days of August 1 to 5 on the airline’s website or mobile app.

The discounted tickets are applicable to all domestic flights of Thai Vietjet in Thailand, with travel time from August 1 to September 30, exclusive of public holidays.

To facilitate domestic travel in Thailand, Thai Vietjet has constantly increased its flight frequency and destinations from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Currently, the carrier operates eight flights a day to Phuket/Chiang Mai, three flights daily to Chiang Rai, and two flights per day to Udon Thani/Krabi/Hat Yai/Khon Kaen.

The Suvarnabhumi – Hat Yai service will be elevated to three flights per day from August 15.

The carrier will inaugurate the Suvarnabhumi-Nakhon Si Thammarat flight on August 6.

It has introduced online check-in service for domestic passengers traveling out of Suvarnabhumi for more convenience.

The new route Bangkok-Khon Kaen marks the airline’s 7th route from its Suvarnabhumi hub, offering two flights daily, with flight duration of around one hour five minutes per leg.
