Accordingly, the Korean Government will pay the third emergency assistance package, early promotion of state and private investment projects with a total scale of 110,000 billion won (equivalent to 100.1 billion USD).

In addition, in the first quarter of this year, the Government will invest in an employment budget of 30,500 billion won (about 27.7 billion USD), in order to create 1.04 million jobs for the underprivileged. This year, the Government will place the focus of the Korean version of the New Economic Policy on the area of ​​the locally balanced New Economic Policy.

On the other hand, the President apologized to the people about housing, pledged to continue to oppose policies, early develop a plan to provide diverse housing for people.
