The period of final project implementation with students in design, fine arts and architecture is the most memorable moments of the student’s time. This is not only the time when they stay up all night, work all day and forget to sleep to get your own products, but also the mark that followed them a long way after stepping out of the university.
Recently, the fashion design students of Engineering College II, after 2 years of hard work, have completed half the way of their costume design project and left a lot of impressions. In order to mark and evaluate the results of study, labor, creativity, teachers and students of the faculty will hold a fashion show on October 31st.
On September 1, 2020, the students of Fashion class, Engineering College II officially conducted the first topic report to raise the initial ideas of the design product for this project. Here, the composition of highly specialized jury, representatives such as designer Khoi Nguyen, designer Nguyen Ha Nhat Huy, designer Hanh Nguyen and other instructors in charge will conduct criticism to help them recognize the limitations and shortcomings in their topic.
In the morning of October 15, 2020 at 8:00 am at design workshop 420, thanks to the devoted guidance of the teachers in the Department of Sewing – Fashion Design, and the enthusiastic support of the next course pupils, the students of the C18TKTT course has progressed the 2nd project report (Project 2) with almost 90% finished products, bringing amazing results after nearly 2 months of effort.
Although only half the way, but the impressive works of the students quickly resonated with their unique ideas, the quality is not inferior to the costumes performed at the big fashion shows.
This collection is the first in life that the fashion students achieved after years of hard work. The collection will be performed during the C18TKTT Graduation Project Protection session at 14:30 on October 31, 2020 in the lobby of the 10-storey building of Engineering College II, with the theme: “Sustainable Design” of 7 students who are evaluated for excellence after review and decision process.
Fashion always has its own voice, its own expression of views in life and the designers are the ones who convey the message through aesthetic values. It is the manifesto, the opinion of the industry and also the daily issues.
Fashion has never been out of the common concerns of people and it was impressed by the students of the Department of Sewing – Fashion Design at Engineering College II. This is also a affirmative proof that the future will have talented designers and clear and distinct thinking that will make the fashion industry in Vietnam.
